Before starting the registration process, please check you have a MyUTMB account and your race results are linked to your page. Find out here all the info to set up your account.
A 48h registration priority window is given to the owners of a valid UTMB Index. Runners without a valid UTMB Index may wait for 2 days before entering the registration process. For more information, please check all the benefits here.
If the registration process continues to loop, please change your device and browser. We advise you to use a computer and the Chrome browser. If your payment has been refused, please try again later, try with another credit card or contact your bank.
If you have registered, but have not received a confirmation email, first check with your bank to see if you have been charged the registration amount. If you have not been charged, please try registering again. If you have been charged, please check your Spam folder or contact us via our contact form here in case you haven't received any email in your Spam.
Registration will be open until all places have been filled. There is no waiting list or re-opening of registration.
Runners may cancel their registration at any time via their runner's area.
If you HAVE taken out the cancellation insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be entitled to a full refund. To do so, you need to access your registration dashboard and click on Apply for a refund to cancel your registration and fill out the refund request form which will be addressed to the insurance. ATTENTION: before cancelling your registration, please make sure you have read the general terms and conditions.

If you have NOT taken out the registration cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible. You can check our registration conditions here. To cancel your registration, access your registration dashboard and click on the Cancel my registration button.
BEFORE THE RACE

We would like to remind you that individual insurance which covers any eventual costs for search and rescue in Italy is mandatory. We remind you that this insurance is not included in the registration fee.

Please note that this insurance does not replace the cancellation insurance or the other way around.
As per the Italian law, we need your medical certificate to validate your registration. Find all the information about medical certificate HERE.

DURING THE RACE
The list of mandatory equipment is detailed on each race's page, under the "mandatory equipment" section.
A shuttle service will be available for runners, to help them move around in a more eco-responsible manner.
Your registration includes shuttle service from Castellaneta Marina to the start line of your race, but a reservation is required. Please note that you will not be allowed to board the shuttle without a reservation.
Crews can also use the shuttles to access certain aid stations in a sustainable way. This service is charged for.
The full shuttle plan will be unveiled a few months before the event, and we will notify you when shuttle reservation opens.
There will be no after-race shuttle service.
At bib collection, you will receive a 30L UTMB World Series bag, which you can use to store dry clothes, equipment, food, and other personal items.
Please note: Only one bag per runner is allowed. The organization will not accept any personal bags that are not the official UTMB World Series bag.
SDM140: You will leave your drop bag at the start of the race. On-site signage will indicate the designated drop-off area. You will find your bag at the Il Casone aid station, and again at the finish line.
MLT85: You will leave your drop bag at the start of the race. On-site signage will indicate the designated drop-off area. You will find your bag at the Grotte di Sileno aid station, and again at the finish line.
CUT50, GRT35, CVT10: You will leave your drop bag at the start of the race. On-site signage will indicate the designated drop-off area. You will find your bag at the Grotte di Sileno aid station, and again at the finish line.
You will leave your bag at the start, on-site signage will indicate the designated drop-off area, and collect it at the finish line.

Under no circumstances will the organisers send uncollected bags to athletes’ residences. Athletes are advised not to place valuable items in their bags. In any case, the organisers accept no liability for theft, loss, or damage to bags or their contents.
SDM140, MLT85: On the race’s dedicated page, you will find the full list of aid stations where personal assistance is authorized (these are marked with a dashed outline). Only one companion per runner is allowed, and only at aid stations where assistance is permitted, in accordance with the rules outlined in our regulations.
CUT50, GRT35, CVT10: For these races, no aid stations with external assistance are planned.
After the race
100M: 4 Running stones
100K: 3 Running stones
50K: 2 Running stones
20K: 1 Running stones
You'll find automatically your Running Stones on you UTMB account.
Runners who complete the race will be assigned an UTMB Index in the correspondent category. You can find all the information regarding the UTMB Index HERE
Our parnter Sportograf will be taking pictures during the event. After the event you'll receive by email the link to find and buy your photos.
