PRACTICAL INFORMATION
To collect your race bib, you must book a time slot. Booking is mandatory - Dead line : 14/10/2026
Important: For safety reasons, bibs must be collected in person. No third-party pickups will be allowed.
Booking:
Go to your Dashboard from your MyUTMB account:
- Click on "Access my registration".
- In the "Bib Pick up slot" tab, and select your time slot.
If you do not reserve a time slot, one will be randomly assigned, and you will be required to attend at that time.
Items to bring when collecting your bib:
- ID card or passport
- QR code (available on your dashboard > "My Information" widget, also sent by email a few days before the race) or bib number.
Important:
- Bib collection is only possible in the presence of the runner.
- NO SAFETY PINS will be provided when collecting your bib!
At bib collection, you will receive a 30L UTMB World Series bag, which you can use to store items.
Please note: **Only one bag per runner is allowed. The organization will not accept any personal bags that are not the official UTMB World Series bag.
You will leave your drop bag at the start of the race. On-site signage will indicate the designated drop-off area. You will then find your bag at the finish line.
Athletes must attach the bib number sticker, provided with their race bib, to the bag.
Only bags provided by the organisers will be transported to the life base.
The organisation cannot guarantee when the bags will be returned to storage.
Under no circumstances will the organisers send uncollected bags to athletes’ residences. Athletes are advised not to place valuable items in their bags. In any case, the organisers accept no liability for theft, loss, or damage to bags or their contents.
To avoid trafic jam, you'll be assigned a starting time according to your general UTMB index.
It's possible to start in a later wave, but not in an earlier one. Runners starting earlier than expected will receive a 2 hours penalty.
- Wave 1 : 7:00 am (Bib number n° coming soon)
- Wave 2 : 7:15 am (Bib number n° coming soon)
- Wave 3: 7:30 am (Bib number n° coming soon)
Note: Elite women with a UTMB general index above 680 will have their index increased by 14% to allow them to start in the first wave.
