PRACTICAL INFORMATION
To collect your race bib, you must book a time slot. Booking is mandatory - Dead line : 14/10/2026
Important: For safety reasons, bibs must be collected in person. No third-party pickups will be allowed.
Booking:
Go to your Dashboard from your MyUTMB account:
- Click on "Access my registration".
- In the "Bib Pick up slot" tab, and select your time slot.
If you do not reserve a time slot, one will be randomly assigned, and you will be required to attend at that time.
Items to bring when collecting your bib:
- ID card or passport
- QR code** (available on your dashboard > "My Information" widget, also sent by email a few days before the race) or bib number.
- Race bibs will only be handed out to the registered athlete. Delegation is not allowed. or your bib number
Important:
- Bib collection is only possible in the presence of the runner.
- NO SAFETY PINS will be provided when collecting your bib!
