_When the time comes, select a slot to collect your bib ! We’ll send you an information email with all the details as soon as registrations open._

- To collect their race bibs, athletes **must come in person with a valid ID and present the QR code** available on their dashboard > "My Information" widget, also sent by email a few days before the race. 
- Race bibs will only be handed out to the registered athlete. **Delegation is not allowed**.
- If your registration is incomplete or your medical certificate is not valid, you will not be able to collect your bib or start the race.

BIB PICK UP SLOT

_When the time comes, book your shuttle to the start line ! We’ll send you an information email with all the details as soon as registrations open._

(no shuttle for the CVT10 race)

- Shuttles are planned to take runners from the village (Castellaneta Marina) to the race start. The shuttles will depart 1 to 3 hours before the start of the race.
- The transport plan will be available a few months before the event. You will then be able to book your seat.

- Getting your drop bag back (no items will be kept after the event)
- Your finisher gift
_If forgotten, no postal shipment will be possible._
